WELCOME TO FINLAND HOUSE FITNESS TUESDAY CLASSES
RSVP recommended but not a mandatory - you can just arrive 10-5 min before Class !
Mats , weights and other items will be provided - or you can bring your own mat.
Remember to take a waterbottle with you and Invite Friends, we have plenty of space!
